Tower Swap Terms Of Use

1. General Rules

By using Tower Swap you agree to the terms of use.

Your account is visible on crazygames.com and in our Apple App Store app and our Google Play Store app, so anything that violates any of their terms is not allowed.

2. Your Account

If you haven't confirmed your email address then we can't reset your password because we don't have any way of verifying that you are the owner of the account. We may attempt to verify you if you contact us.

Gold and game items are consumable items and we don't have a way to restore them accurately if your account loses them incorrectly, or if you lose access to your account, or if there are server errors.

You are allowed to create multiple accounts.

3. Hacking

Hacking is not allowed. We frequently ban users that try to hack their gold, items, swaps, castle health, etc. Using an ad blocker to instantly skip an ad and still get the reward is considered hacking.

4. Spam

Promoting things is allowed. Posting the same message repeatedly is not allowed.

5. Bots

You are not allowed to use a bot or AI to play the game or to create accounts or post content or access the server in any way.

5. User Content

By posting content to the website or app, you grant Tower Swap and its parent company a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use that content for any purpose.

6. Our Servers

We don't guarantee that our servers will always work. Our servers may fail for any reason. This could result in permanent loss of data such as gold or scores, or could cause the inability to use your account at all.
